Terms and Conditions for Villa Rental
- Payment: Full payment is required before check-in.
- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 2 PM, check-out time is 12 PM.
- Deposit: A deposit of IDR 1,000,000 is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out if no damages are found.
- Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the villa and its facilities.
- Guests: Guests are not allowed to invite or accommodate additional guests without prior permission.
Refund Policy
- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to check-in for a full refund.
- Refund: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days after cancellation.
- Administration Fee: A 10% administration fee will be charged for any cancellations.
